A monthly prenatal yoga and community circle centering breath, being, movement, and the shared wisdom of pregnancy.
Carried is a monthly 90-minute circle for pregnant people seeking grounding and connection. Through gentle prenatal yoga, guided breath work, and a nourishing sound bath, we offer your changing body space to stretch, soften, and settle. After movement, we gather in community to share stories, ask questions, and explore rotating educational topics centered around pregnancy and childbirth.
Facilitated by Scout Chavers, tenured full spectrum doula, student midwife, childbirth educator and prenatal yoga instructor.

During our time together, we will spend a significant amount of time engaging in safe and strengthening prenatal movement while staying conscious to the changing pregnant body and preparing for labor.
Our yoga practice will conclude with a restorative sound bath savasana.

This community circle is to also serve as a guide and conduit to support you on your journey with evidence based education. Each time we meet, we will have a different topic to discuss and offer evidence based information and resources.
