BIRTHMIND isn’t about meditative stillness. It’s a practice in staying at home in the body. A rehearsal for meeting intensity with presence. Together we practice staying when big sensations arise, noticing ourselves, softening instead of bracing, and choosing trust over control.
Through simple presence practices and nervous system literacy, we begin to understand how the mind and body respond to intensity. Like a muscle, this awareness can be strengthened, gently training for the moments in labor and birth when returning to yourself matters most.
